Support Promise

Current Clients and Partners – Submit a ticket in your Portia Portal. Our support hours are Monday to Friday,  9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT. Non-traditional support hours are available by request. Critical (business is interrupted) issues will be responded to immediately, and resolved in an expedited fashion. Non-Critical tickets will be responded to within a maximum of 4 business hours. 

Emails and phone calls will be responded to within one business day.
