How long will it take my staff to get up and running?

Typically a clinic will be up and running after three, one hour sessions with our Portia Roll Out Staff.

Do I need an internet connection during the therapy session?

No, you do not need an internet connection during the therapy session when using a mobile device. Simply pre-load the day’s session on the mobile tablet, at the end of the day connect to wifi and turn on the app… the app will sync automatically to the web admin.

We have hired additional staff…Can we get additional staff training?

Yes of course! We will work with you to determine your needs, and then design a plan that works best for you.

Is there a limit of number of staff?

No, you can add unlimited staff members. You are charged for the number of client accounts (Learners).

How can I pay?

Payment is made via credit card on our automated billing system.

Do I need to download software?

Portia lives in the Cloud. There is no software to download for the web admin (works on all platforms; Mac, Windows, etc.). Data is collected on a mobile app which you can download free of charge from the iOS Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android).
